As a subject matter expert, Cecilia has driven and coordinated strategic initiatives working with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally and is accomplished in designing inclusive leadership development programmes. She is also an experienced facilitator of interactive training workshops on topics such as unconscious bias awareness, cross-cultural-communication, microaggressions and inclusive language, and her deep understanding of identity, culture, and behaviours has allowed her to become an Accredited Facilitator in Cultural Intelligence (CQ ®). This has further enhanced her skills in supporting leaders and managers with the relevant and future skills to lead others effectively and inclusively.
